Eclectic approach by name is itself very fascinating and intriguing. The way we were explained how we can integrate different approaches to deal with an issue made more sense to what i been taught in terms of the theoretical understanding. The idea of hypnosis has become more clear to me now and in fact a lot of techniques taught can be applied to self as well, so it was quite effective and helpful. I gained a better understanding of how our mind works and how we can understand its functioning.
